Let me welcome you at the Neurocenter Bellevue!

Here I’m heading a neurological praxis. I have completed my residency at the University Hospital of Zurich, at the Kantonsspital Aarau and at the Montreal Neurological Institute (Canada). For a fellowship in epileptology, I spent 2 ½ years at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire (U.S.A.). Subsequently, I was senior consultant at the department of neurology at the University Hospital of Zurich for 8 ½ years. Here, I have also got my degree ‚Privatdozent‘ after my habilitation in 2003. In the last years, I was repeatedly a visiting clinician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota (U.S.A.).

Besides of my clinical activity I have authored more than 150 publications.

In addition to my work at the Neurocenter Bellevue I am staff member at the Zuger Kantonsspital.

I am director of the Institut für Interdisziplinäre Medizinische Begutachtungen. I am also co-chairman of the Institut für Expertisen in Recht und Medizin as well as of the Institut für neuropsychologische Diagnostik
